The package may be redistributed, if all of the following conditions are met: 1) the package's version is marked as a public release version, 2) the content of the package is unchanged, i.e. no files have been added, removed or changed, 3) the package is not sold, neither solely nor as a part of a compilation, 4) the redistributor is not a commerically acting entity, 5) the package is redistributed on an individual basis (i.e. not via a download system or by replicated storage media). In addition, it is not allowed to reference the assets contained in this package from layouts/routes or scenarios by placing/using them in the design phase (»Surveyor« or similar) if the potential users of the layouts/routes or scenarios are charged or similar obligations are imposed on them. This applies in particular, but not limited to, to so-called »payware« or »shareware«. Parts of the package, e.g. textures, images, objects, scripts or similar, may not be reused. KUIDs assigned to the objects may not be changed or »kidnapped« for other objects. Exceptions to the regulation in this paragraph need a written permission by the author.

The package is provided on an »as is« bases, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the quality of the covered package is with you. Should the content of the package prove defective in any respect, you (and not the author) assume the cost of any necessary servicing, repair or correction. This dislaimer of warranty constititues an essential part of this license. No use of the content of the package is authorized herunder except under this disclaimer.

Dieses Paket darf unter weitergegeben werden, sofern alle folgenden Bedingungen erfüllt sind: 1) die Version des Pakets ist als »öffentliches Release« markiert, 2) der Inhalt des Pakets ist unverändert, d.h. es wurden keine Dateien hinzugefügt, entfernt oder verändert, 3) das Paket wird nicht verkauft, weder allein oder als Teil einer Zusammenstellung, 4) der Verleger betreibt keine Gewerbe, 5) das Paket wird auf individueller Basis weitergegeben (d.h. nicht mittels eines Download-Systems oder durch replizierte Speichermedien). Zusätzlich ist es verboten, die in dem Paket enthaltenen Objekte von Layouts/Routen oder Szenarien zu referenzieren, indem sie während der Design-Phase (»Surveyor« oder ähnliches) plaziert oder benutzt werden, falls potentielle Benutzer der Layouts/Routen oder Szenarien Geld entrichten müssen oder ihnen ähnliche Verpflichtungen auferlegt werden. Dies gilt insbesondere, aber nicht nur, für sogenannte »Payware« oder »Shareware«. Teile des Pakets, z.B. Texturen, Bilder, Objekte, Skripte oder ähnliches, dürfen nicht wiederverwendet werden. Die den Objekten zugewiesenen KUIDs dürfen nicht verändert werden oder für andere Objekte mißbraucht werden. Ausnahmen zu der Regelung in diesem Absatz bedürfen einer schriftlichen Erlaubnis des Autors.

Das Paket wird im »Istzustand« zur Verfügung gestellt, ohne Garantie in irgendeiner Form, weder ausdrücklich noch implizit. Das gesamte Risiko bezüglich der Qualität des Pakets liegt bei Ihnen. Sollte das Paket sich in irgendeiner Form als defekt darstellen, tragen Sie und nicht der Autor jegliche Kosten für Wartung, Reparatur oder Korrektur. Dieser Haftungsauschluß stellt einen essentiellen Teil dieser Lizenz dar. Keine Verwendung des Inhalts des Pakets ist außer unter diesem Haftungsauschluß erlaubt.
